BJMC, which is affiliated with the civil hospital Ahmedabad, has a sprawling campus of 110 acres. The campus has a three-story structure. It is one of the oldest medical schools in the country. The boys hostel is about 1.5 km away from campus, whereas the girls hostel is on campus only. There is on-campus internet, a computer center,
and other IT-related facilities. The medical school is affiliated with the New Civil Hospital. On-campus medical services are available. Every department on the college campus has a laboratory facility.

The campus has a fully furnished separate hostel for boys and girls.
